In-stock items typically ship weekly. USPS shipping is done every Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be shipped the following week. Our goal for customer service is to under-promise and over deliver. Moriel’s Collection offers $7.25 flat rate shipping on all online orders. The $7.25 flat rate shipping is via USPS ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Deliveries may take 4 to 10 business days to arrive and no guarantee is made on specific arrival time. USPS tracking will be provided via email.

A huge portion of lace is made in Korea, due to the pandemic vendors are unable to access lace. Lace prices are going up increasing the price of wigs. Korea closed its ports making it difficult to restock hair. Due to pandemic, there might be a delay in order due to a shortage of hair or shipping facilities.
