Due to the nature of our product and in the interest of hygiene, all sales are final. Every piece of hair ordered goes through a thorough quality check before being wrapped and sent. Only in exceptional circumstances where there is a clear defect will a return be accepted. We must be notified of the intended return within 2 days of receipt at morielscollection@gmail.com with full details concerning the reason for return. If we accept the return request, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Hair that has been untied or worn is not eligible for return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The original cost of shipping, from company to customer, will be deducted from any refund that is issued.
